Two-room apartment with eclectic design connecting late sixties with actual trends. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building built in the late fifties of 20th century. The apartment is very spacious and with a high ceiling. It has a window on both sides of the building what eases ventilation and is especially important during summer. It works as a natural air exchange and air condition. A separate kitchen is very convenient, especially for longer stay. The apartment is with a balcony where you can eat your morning breakfast having an overview of the Old Town and downtown of Warsaw.
The apartment is situated on the borders of Old Town and New Town. Historical streets are 50 meters far. To the metro is 700 meters through the Krasinsky park 100 meters far is a bus stop (Plac Krasińskich 01). Various shops, restaurants, grocery are situated with a distance of 50 meters from the building.
