Mieszkanie znajduje się na pierwszym pietrze domu wielorodzinnego, w uroczej dzielnicy Gdyni - Wielkim Kacku. Z obydwu sypialni roztacza się piękny widok na ogród. Mieszkanie jest bardzo ciche a dom znajduje się na uboczu. W mieszkaniu nie ma telewizora. Usylułowanie większości okien od strony zachodniej powoduje, iz w mieszkaniu panuje przyjemny chłód w okresie letnim. Bardzo wygodne i komfortowe miejsce do spędzenia urlopu nad morzem.
