The property is just a 10-minute walk from the sea and a beautiful, wide beach. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The space is divided into a bedroom area with a double bed and a bathroom, separated from the living room by sliding doors. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. Underground parking is available for a fee of 25 PLN per day.

Podczele is a cozy district of Kołobrzeg, accessible by public bus. The surrounding Eastern Eco Park is a protected ecological area with wetland peat bogs, providing a habitat for many protected bird species. The swamps are also home to swans.
