The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It consists of a comfortable bedroom with a large double bed, a spacious living room with one sofa bed and one sofa, a well-equipped kitchenette and a large bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a large, sunny balcony. The windows of the apartment face South-West. There are TV and a parking space in the underground garage available.
