VacationClub™ – Sea Towers Apartment 73 is a spacious two-room apartment located on the 10th floor of a modern apartment building, consisting of two residential towers. On the top floor of the taller Sea Towers there is an observation deck (unfortunately available only to residents), from which there is a phenomenal panorama of the Bay of Gdańsk, the Hel Peninsula and a large part of the Tricity. The building is located in the very center of Gdynia, in the so-called Seaside Urban Prestige Zone, next to Kościuszko Square, 12 m from the coastline - President's Wharf. The towers are located near the beach and marina. They are equipped with a 24-hour concierge, monitoring and videophones in each apartment. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room. The apartment has a balcony with a view of the yacht marina and the panorama of the Bay of Gdańsk. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage, on level -2.

Neighborhood info

Gdynia to a city located on the Baltic Sea, which is part of the Tricity. The most attractive beach in Gdynia is located in Orłowo - a district located slightly south of the center of Gdynia. This extremely important corner, even when crowded with tourists, has something magical and quiet about it. They are located outside the pier, but they are more intimate than the South Pier, which may provide not only beaches, but also the dangerous, rugged Orłowski Cliff, overlooking the water. It's a great place for morning walks, without the crowds.
