Komfortowy apartament wykończony w stylu retro. W mieszkaniu jest oddzielna sypialnia z podwójnym łóżkiem , salon połączony z kuchnią oraz łazienka. W salonie jest również rozkładana kanapa oraz pojedyncze łóżko. Jasny wystrój i komfortowe ułożenie, pozwolą na idealny wypoczynek, ale także na efektywną pracę podczas pobytów służbowych. Z salonu można wyjść na duży balkon. Łączna powierzchnia apartamentu wynosi 45 m2. Do dyspozycji gości jest jedno miejsce parkingowe w garażu.  W salonie jest zamontowany projektor z Android TV.
