EXCELLENT front desk staff who all spoke good English. Nothing was too much trouble to arrange. For the price the location was great and near to major points of interest. Buffet breakfast very good and in the same place an excellent pizza pasta in the evening. Room had nice balcony to watch the world go by and still quiet at night. Bathroom large.

the location was perfect for us. The Old Town, Main Plaza, St Mary’s basilica, the Cloth Hall, are all a few easy minutes walk away. the trams get you everywhere and the stop is a minute away. Bolt works extremely well for everything else. The most important part of our stay at Hotel Wielopole was the amazing staff. Rafal, Sylwia (Sylvia), and all at the front desk will help with any of your needs- we have traveled for a month, and they were the best front desk staff. our room was a bit tight, but it was clean, well prepared for our visit, and we had a nice balcony on the 5th floor. there is breakfast available in the morning downstairs. The attendant will make a delicious tall cafe latte upon request- don’t drink the coffee out of the pot! BobbyWz
