Żoli Stork Apartments is a small company that offers 2 PREMIUM apartments in Warsaw's Żoliborz district. The most important thing for us is the satisfaction of our guests, their comfort and good memories associated with staying in our apartments, which is why we make every effort to ensure that the standard of our premises and service are at the highest level.

Our apartment has been designed to provide comfort to the most demanding guests. At your disposal is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function, a 55-inch smart TV and a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and all accessories needed for cooking and eating). The cozy bedroom has a KING size bed with a comfortable, hypoallergenic mattress, a capacious chest of drawers and a large desk. In the large wardrobe in the hall you will also find clothes hangers. The bathroom with a bathtub with a shower function is equipped with a washer-dryer, a hair dryer and a set of cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). We also provide a set of towels for everyone. The apartment also has a large balcony equipped with a set of garden furniture. AIR CONDITIONING - The air conditioner is only in the living room, but its power allows for cooling the entire apartment when the doors are open. PETS - we do not accept pets. BEDDING - Standardly, for 1-2 people, we prepare 1 double bed. For 3-4 people, we prepare 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. Upon guest request, for an additional fee of 100 PLN, it is possible to prepare an extra bed (e.g., if 2 people wish to sleep in separate rooms). A set of bedding includes 2 pillows and a 200x200 duvet. If needed, additional pillows are available (please report this immediately after booking). For bookings longer than 14 days, mandatory cleaning (including linen and towel changes) every 14 days is required at an additional cost of 150 PLN.

The apartment is located in the new "Żoliborz Artyczny" housing estate, where art becomes part of everyday life in an open urban space. Public passages, squares and streets are full of sculptures and intriguing art installations. The nearby Westfield Arkadia shopping center will satisfy the shopping enthusiasts. Many parks (Lasek na Kole, Park Olszyna, Fort Bema) and green areas will satisfy lovers of outdoor activities. The surrounding restaurants and cafes will allow for nice meetings with friends. Grocery stores, hairdressers and beauty salons, a bakery and a pet shop are also available on the estate. The apartment is located close to the main communication routes of Warsaw. Both the Old Town and the city center can be reached in 25 minutes by public transport and 15 minutes by car. Access to the train station is only a 4-minute walk, while the metro station is 2 km away. There is also a private medical center nearby.
