This is a colonial house built in the late 1800s. It is situated in one of the few quiet streets in San Juan. It is in a real neighborhood where local people live year round. It is not a hotel. It is our home . We live on the first floor. On the second floor there are two remodeled cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartments. Perfect for a sole traveler or two guests. They are tropical-artsy and are located in an amazing neighborhood: Old San Juan. One has two balconies overlooking the street and the other one, "La Terraza on Sol", has a large terrace. Both have high ceilings and two A/C, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. Each apartment is completely independent. High ceilings. Lots of light. Kitchen equipped, gas stove and large refrigerator. Hi-speed internet (optic fiber). With 17 solar panels and two Tesla batteries no worries about power outages! Water cistern on roof. Walking distance to everywhere in OSJ. You will love it! We are walking distance to all Old San Juan has to offer: the forts, restaurants, plazas, bars... etc. The house has 17 solar panels and two Tesla batteries. We are retired pofessionals who love traveling and living in the Caribbean. Old San Juan is our home and wouldn't change if for anything. We also have a beach house in Yabucoa where we spend our relaxing time.

We are on a quiet residential street of OSJ. Our neighborhood is quiet and local. Very historical and picturesque. All of Old San Juan is walkable. You don't need a car to visit the forts, the historic walls, museums, restaurants, bars, stores. A great selection of restaurants, coffee shops, stores await you in the Old City.
