Customer service was excellent. Andrea at the reception was super sweet and answered all our questions. We needed towels and the room attendant was super kind and gave us some when we met her at the hallway. Location is perfect. Close to main attractions, the beach and restaurants. We loved it.

The lady that works the front desk in the morning was so nice always talked to me asking how was my day and recommended really nice restaurant to visit. She gave me directions honestly made me feel like i was home and i just wanted to say thank you and i will most definitely be back in Aug then again in November

  • Is the hotel near the cruise port please Thank yiu
    There are 2 cruise ports at the island. We receive guests that depart from both the port in Old San Juan and the one at the Pan-American Port. We are 7 minutes away from the Pan-American at a distance of 3.5km. We are 5 minutes away from the Old San Juan cruise terminal at a distance of 3.3km.     Our boutique hotel does not have an airport shuttle, but you may take an Uber or taxi straight to us, where are just 15-20 minutes away

    Hello! Unfortunately the hotel does not have parking facilities. However, we reccomend our guests to park in The Normandie Parking which is just across the street and it costs $10 per day.

The fine print

In accordance with the Executive Order 2021-062 of the Governor of Puerto Rico of August 4, 2021 and the Tourism Company Guides of August 6, effective on Monday August 16, 2021, it will be required that all Guest present at the time of check-in the immunization certificate (COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card) or document proving that they have completed their vaccination process against COVID-19 or in case of not being vaccinated, they must present negative molecular test (PCR) result - SARS-CoV2; "NAAT" type or antigen test - with testing performed no later than 72 hours prior to the start of your stay.

A person is considered fully vaccinated two (2) weeks after the second dose was given for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two (2) weeks after receiving the single dose of Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine.

Guests will also need to present their identification upon Check-In to corroborate the evidence provided. Failure to submit the negative COVID-19 test or the presentation of the vaccination card during the check-in process will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the denial of entry to the hotel. Deposits or payments made for canceled reservations will not be refunded.
