Joe was available and proactively reached out to me about 30 min after my flight arrival time. He spoke to the can driver and made sure he knew where to go and was extremely helpful and pleasant after my 9 hour journey. Very personable and honest.

The host, Jose, was great. He reached out about arrival time to make sure he was there to show us in and around. He introduced us to his neighbors and told us a little about what he does and he area. The place was very comfortable and spacious. The location was really good too. It's close to several places to eat, things to do in the area and the airport for us.

Joe was excellent and provided excellent service and accomodation...the place had no bugs or insects yes its not fancy for the money...it's not a 4 or 5 star will all amenities and not a 2 or 3 star with bugs and insects its above a 3 star decent comfortable quite place with microwave and fridge and AC. Its a place to lay your head that's it. You go out and enjoy your trip. It's secured as well I felt safe throughout my whole stay. That simple hope this helps Joe and all that need Joe help while in puertorico.
