The casita was clean and comfortable. It met our needs in terms of location and space. The bathroom looked remodeled and the kitchen has everything you need. Which came in handy when traveling with a baby. The decoration goes well with the space. I would recommend!

Tranquility is the best part.
Tranquility is the best part. Many shopping and food centers nearby. Walking distance to the Plaza del Sol Mall. Excellent facilities, including a casino and excellent customer services. The rooms are modern and beautifull. Breakfast is delicious. It also has a huge parking if you have a rental or personal car. If not, its not a problem, you car travel in UBER or taxi to nearby malls, like Rio Hondo Mall, El Cantón Mall, and Santa Rosa Mall. Best by far, if you have a dog, its welcome to this hotel.

You need a car for this location nothing was near by tourist wise . Food place close early. Breakfast very busy food runs out fast if hotel is busy the staff was nice the hotel does not provide transportation

Access to many sites.
Access to many sites. Historia and a Coffee shop was amazing. Staff and food was outstanding. We went two days in roll. The cashier is the sweetest girl we have ever met. Highly recommended. El Meson restaurant was wonderful as well.

Breakfast could have been better but was served every morning as advertised. Bed was comfortable and rooms were very nice as we had a view of the main street. Having the mall with a Walmart inside behind the hotel was nice and I was able to check in upon arrival at noon when check in wasn't until 3. Casino like 30 steps from door was good if you like to gamble. I would go back

The hotel also felt very clean, well maintained and the staff was really nice. It's really hard to find a room that will sleep more than four and we always need sleeping for 5 so it's nice to find a room that accommodates us without forcing us to pay a large price for a big fancy room or getting two rooms.

The location refused to reinstate the booking once we arrived. We had to pay to find another place to allow our children to sleep after being stranded in the airport for hours. We had to set up another booking the next day, paying more than the original booking, and receiving smaller accommodations to continue our trip.
