our flight was delayed and we did a late night check in, there is a negative Covid test mandate at the island, no hotel will let you in, but the lady at the front desk helped us a lot by providing us a rapid Covid Test and try to help us since even tho we got tested before our trip we never got the results, excellent people always willing to help! great customer service an clean rooms

The extra large family room, with a triple bunk bed and three queens was spacious and beds were comfortable! The pool area was relaxing and esp fun for the kids. The area was safe/secure, as well, the staff was very kind.

The hotel itself was very charming. Our room was very clean, the staff was AWESOME! I really appreciated that when I called to make a reservation and I explained my problem the person I spoke with immediately offered to see if she could get us a room earlier than the check in time, that was such a relief to our shattered nerves. We had a hard time getting to PR, our bags were not on our flight, we had not eaten in 24 hrs. we had to take a car we didn't want because that was all the rental place had by the time we got there--the trip started off a nightmare but getting such exceptional customer service was the beginning of things turning around and it ended being a TERRIFIC trip. Thank you The Village Inn.

The Village Inn is not really convenient to many attractions. However, it is just a short ride from Estadio Roberto Clemente Walker as well as from downtown Carolina. It's quiet and has a nice pool in which to relax.
