Old city walls are within 2 minute walk. Public transportation (bus) is some 200m from the building (next to super Inter Marche). In case that you have a car, there is a small parking lot in front and behind of the building. There is not reserved space, but as the tenant of the apartment you have a right to park on a nearby parking space.
