Very large studio apartment in Albuferia, has been recently refurbished, in neutral yet homely tones. Compromises of 2 single beds as a king and a king size sofa bed. A bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, large mirror and vanity area. Hallway with storage within a wardrobe, small cupboard, safe inside wardrobe. The living area has a table, 2 dining chairs and a luggage stand, wall mounted flat screen tv, storage unit. Kitchen has a new oven / grill, microwave, kettle, is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, pans. Outside patio has out door LED lighting, table and 4 chairs which leads to the pool area directly in front of apartment, there are 2 pools, 1 is a Childs pool the other is an adults pool with a deep end and sunloungers. Early check in and late check outs can be available for extra cost, if available. A cot with mattress and high chair is also available for a fee, but will need to supply own bedding.
Welcome we hope you enjoy a relaxing, peaceful holiday. We are a family that work together to maintain and let the apartment when we are not there ourselves with our two children. We will be in direct contact (via WhatsApp) with any and all guests and available almost 24 hours a day. We use guest feedback to continually improve their stay and our ratings, being a family ourselves we understand the importance of everything being nice, safe and enjoyable. We hope you choose to stay with us you will love it here as much as we do.
Having owned the apartment since 2005 we have been there many many times, we thoroughly enjoy Albufeira and more importantly the immediate area around the hotel, we love the close proximity of the restaurants, mini markets and bars directly outside of the building but we love it even more that we get zero noise from them because of the location of the apartment within the building. With the Old Town and the strip just a short walk in either direction and the blue rated beach situated at the end of the road the location could not be better. Some of our favourite places to visit are the Marina watching the fish and occasionally the dolphins. Also Zoo Marine is an absolute must just a short taxi ride away (20 minutes).
