United KingdomAverio is a beautiful town and this apartment is in a great location - easy walking to everything. The apartment is comfortable with a great bed, crisp sheets and a good shower. Dina was fantastic picking us up from the station and telling us all about Averio.
AustraliaHeaps to like... the location within walking distance of all the great cafes and restaurants; the accommodation was huge with large bedroom and bathroom upstairs with access to a porch area with a clothes line, downstairs had a fully equipped kitchen and lounge dining area. Both upstairs and down had views of the canal out the windows so you could watch the boats going by. Also there was air conditioning, books, hair dryer, comfy bed, lovely linen, lots of room and a washing machine. Dina the lady who met us was lovely and very helpful. Gave us a map and lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to see. Parking was free across the canal. Could see the car from our window. Very enjoyable stay in this lovely town.
New ZealandVery kind hosts. They dropped us of at the train station when checking out. It is a nice appartment on an excellent location.

Host Info
SaberAmar City & Ria was my first home, when i was 24. It is a perfect, cosy, charming little loft with wooden floors and loads of sun, from dawn to sunset. Its impossible not to fall in love with this charismatic home placed at the city very centre.
I am a lucky person living a dreamed live. Professionaly i am a veterinarian doctor, working with horses. Mother of a 10 year old girl and merried to a very kind gentleman.
The house is at the city centre, at the canal margin on a dual neighbourhood population where young and posh coexiste with old fisherman comunity. Very gay but still conservative.
