O apartamento fica mesmo no coração da cidade de Aveiro junto à principal Avenida de Aveiro, a Av. Dr. Lourenço Peixinho. É muito confortável, luminoso e tranquilo. Há estacionamento gratuito entre as 20h e as 9h mesmo à porta de casa e a 100 metros gratuito ou pago, a 3 euros.
