United KingdomLocation v good, breakfast v good, style and ambience and look v good, elegant reception plus very fine reception running the length of the first floor. BUT the key thing is the rooms. Clearly, they are of different sizes. The room we had was fine, not on the front, but down the side, 216. Very nicely appointed, and - above all - spacious - or at least relatively spacious. Enough room to stretch / move around / sit on the chair etc etc etc. No possible cause of complaint. Whereas, our companions had a room on the front with a 'city view'. Same style, same look, same floor, same price, but tiny / cramped. They joked: only one of them could fit in the room at the same time - and they had to sleep in relays. Roughly speaking, I guess we had an extra 50-60 sq. ft = happiness; their 50/60 sq. ft less = misery. We were lucky, they were not.
United KingdomMy stay was excellent, the staff friendly and accommodating. I was able to work in the lounge space looking out into the street. Overall I would stay again and recommend the Aveiro Palace to my friends. Thanks again for making my stay so comfortable.
United KingdomIdeal location, near to all restaurants, coffee shops, tourist trips, shops & shopping mall right across the road. Main train station, about 15 min walk. Lovely, clean, comfortable, hotel with good bedrooms, bathrooms & very pleasant communal lounge area. Great breakfast with a wide variety each day. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Really great accommodation, particularly for the price.

One of our bestsellers in Aveiro! Set in a historic building, this recently renovated hotel in ’s centre overlooks and the popular Moliceiros boats of Aveiro. It was founded in 1937, under the name Arcada Hotel.
Rooms at Hotel Aveiro Palace are bright and soundproofed. Each comfortable room includes a satellite TV and a private bathroom. Some rooms include a spacious seating area equipped with armchairs and a work desk. The rooms' floors have parquet floors and not feature any carpeting.
Hotel Aveiro Palace serves a rich breakfast buffet prepared with seasonal ingredients in the breakfast room, featuring a tiled wall from 1937. Guests can also enjoy refreshing drinks in the lounge, which features a flat-screen TV.
With its central location, the hotel is near Aveiro restaurants, shops and bars. Both Barra and Costa Nova beaches are 10 minutes away by car. There is monitored parking 24 hours per day.
