The apartment is cosy and ideally situated on the main street of Aveiro close by to all attractions. There is a free, secured parking close by that you use with the card provided by the owner. There's a lift in the property which is a plus. The bathroom is rather small but well equipped. There's sufficient storage space to store your belongings. The WiFi is excellent.

Dani, the lady managing this property was the really kind and met me at the train station in Aveiro and brought me to the Apt. The apt was is centrally located - just one street over to the Mercado and walking distance to the canals and all other touristic areas. It was a pleasure to be in this city - walkable - it was sunny. With colourful "Venice" style boats on the canals. The Apt is modern with views far out towards the "water".... And since it was Christmas, the streets, etc were beautifully lit up with the lights. And on the day of my departure, Dani kindly drove me to the station. How nice is that!.

great hotel on the sixth floor. my room had a nice view. the room had everything you need: stove, dishes, refrigerator, table, chairs, comfortable chair. Nice bathroom. the room is large, the bed is comfortable, the room is very clean. from the time of booking to check in an hour passed, the staff met without problems, gave their phone number-said that I can contact for any questions. great hotel! excellent location - to the station 10 minutes walk to the centre - even less. nearby there is a grocery store, souvenir shops, various cafes and restaurants.

Due to a football event in Porto we had to change plans and ended up staying in Aveiro and loved it. The accommodation was clean, bright and central. The town was picturesque and the beach was enjoyable.

The overall location. The size and brightness of our studio apartment. Hugo met us on arrival to give us the keys. We are Canadian seniors and prefer to walk instead of driving when possible. We wanted to go to Porto and Dina suggested we take the train. It was a 10 min walk from hotel to train station. Great way to travel. Made our day perfect. Thanks Dina for all your help and advice.
