Great location, well equipped apartment which is large and clean. Sandra was very helpful to get us around and made suggestions for places to eat etc

The apartment has an excellent location, you could walk everywhere from it, even the train station. We only used the car to go to the beach. Parking was easy, we usually found a space in front late at night, but there is also a free car park a minute away.

‘Aveiro Special Spot’ is the ideal place to visit the city of Aveiro by foot or to leave by train to other neighbouring cities, as Porto or Coimbra. The accomodation is equipped with all the facilities to offer you an amazing stay. All needed facilities for babies can be provided, when requested.

The accomodation is located in the heart of the city, close to the main avenue (Avenida Dr. Lourenço Peixinho). Get out of ‘Aveiro Perfect Spot’ and walk through the 'Ria de Aveiro' channels, visit the main church, the Santa Joana museum, Rossio and 'Praça do Peixe' areas or catch a bus to Barra and Costa Nova beaches (all places are only distant around 500 meters). Walk 3 minutes and find ‘Manuel Firmino’ Market, with fresh fruits and vegetables, Fórum Aveiro and Cais da Fonte Nova, spaces with open gardens and child parks. The train station is at 250 meters distant and if you travel by car there is a free parking area at 50 meters.
