Lovely light modern apartment at the back of the property which also contains two other apartments (note that only the split level Loft apartment has a view onto the canal) The hosts are a young team of women who could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were available within a few minutes to help with anything we needed. The supplies awaiting us on arrival (milk, bread, pastries, coffee) were very welcome after a long journey, and the fresh complimentary bread left hanging on the door every day is a lovely gesture too.

The bread rolls that were delivered in the morning were lovely. Anything you require or need, we were able to contact the reception with quick responses. The cake was homemade and delicious! The room was comfortable and was good for what we needed. It did get a little chilly but there is heating and it worked well. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything seemed new and clean. There was a damp smell from time-to-time from the bathroom (Aveiro is a very humid city it seems) but opening of windows and a bit of heat seemed to alleviate this. It was better value than most rented properties in the area. Recommended!

We were greeted with much sympathy! They offered us a delicious fig jelly and every day fresh bread. The Loft is very comfortable for 2 people with well equipped kitchen. During our stay they came to do the cleaning of the apartment which was nice. The apartment was very well located. Close to good restaurants and right in the center of the beautiful city of Aveiro.

Although this studio apartment is actually very quiet for this area as it is at the back of the building, it was unfortunate that at the time of our stay, the owners of the pub next door (which you cannot usually hear) made a lot of noise clearing up and shouting in the early hours of the morning. If you are a heavy sleeper this might not bother you at all, but we needed to buy earplugs! Our hosts were going to make every effort to speak to the pub owners to curb the noise, and with luck there will be no further issues for the next residents.

We were notified the day before that there was building work beside us. Slightly frustrating and at times it was SO noisy. However, the host was very apologetic and I appreciated her honesty. Thankfully the noise wasn't there all day, everyday. You could hear a bit of noise from the bar beside the apartments in the early hours of the morning but for the apartment being so central the noise levels at night were not too bad.
The bread rolls that were delivered in the morning were lovely. Anything you require or need, we were able to contact the reception with quick responses. The cake was homemade and delicious! The room was comfortable and was good for what we needed. It did get a little chilly but there is heating and it worked well. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything seemed new and clean. There was a damp smell from time-to-time from the bathroom (Aveiro is a very humid city it seems) but opening of windows and a bit of heat seemed to alleviate this. The noise from the opposite apartment that started at 7.30.am, apart from that all was fantastic.
Everything and would stay again, would recommend as there is also free complementary juice,bread, cake, milk and water..a lovely touch.

The bathroom is a bit small. I wish they had in the apartment towels and bed linen available without us having to phone to ask for more. The apartment is right next to a Restaurant-Bar. On the weekend there is a lot of noise mainly on Friday and Saturday.
We were greeted with much sympathy! They offered us a delicious fig jelly and every day fresh bread. The Loft is very comfortable for 2 people with well equipped kitchen. The location was excellent.The apartment was a studio but roomy and tasteful very comfortable dbl bed and pillows,delicious home made fresh bread and home made jam from Ritas mum,and also since I mentioned I enjoyed they made me a pumpkin jam to go as a gift..Also a great restaurant very close by, there is a chalkboard with menu on pavement nearby,very delicious sardines and potatoes,home made bread and wine 9 euros.You can see the amazing structure of the fish market from the door,and right on the canal.Will use as base when in Aviero.

Perfect new apartment in the city center near all restaurants and bars. Staff was really nice and helpful! Nice bonuses in apartment - bottle of water, fresh bread in the morning, some cakes and apples. Free parking just in two minutes from the place. Aircon, but no balcony.
