No r/c encontra a sala com área de estar com sofá-cama, espaço para refeições e zona de leitura. Também é nesse piso que dispõe de uma cozinha equipada com tudo o que necessita para preparar as suas iguarias. No 1º andar tem um quarto luminoso e uma área de lazer com uma poltrona com descanso de pés e uma secretária. Este é o apartamento ideal para quem aprecia o conforto e o bem-estar. Acomoda 4 pessoas. Este loft beneficia de uma localização próxima de comércio e serviços, onde em simultâneo pode usufruir de sossego e privacidade. Se chegar de comboio, a estação ferroviária fica a 15 minutos a pé da casa. Se chegar de carro, teremos uma garagem privativa onde pode recolher a sua viatura.
