My husband and I are very young forty somethings who are very active and enjoy the outdoors, beaches, restaurants & pubs. We love to keep fit, running/cycling. Cannot live without Cable TV, WiFi, Aircon/Heating, walking distance to public transport, pool (in summer), Self Catering (entire apartments), Dishwasher & Coffee machine preferable. We love live music, shows, books. My husband is South African and I am Portuguese South African.

A quiet upmarket suburb 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking to the City Center, the Old Town and the Beach.
