Fui professor do ensino secundário tenho 71 anos aprecio a beleza das coisas e sobretudo o convívio com pessoas em que descubro sempre muito que tenho de aprender com elas. Desejo sempre de estabelecer com os hóspedes amizade baseada na compreensão e ajudá-los no que me for possível. Quando partem fico com saudades de não ter mais tempo para conviver.

Está situado o apartamento a 15 minutos da Histórica e medieval Vila de Óbidos a 25 minutos da Cidade de Caldas da Rainha conhecida pelas suas termas bem como pelos seus monumentos.A 50 minutos de Lisboa e da cidade de Leiria.Está o Baleal bem situado com bons serviços de autocarros.Em Peniche pode-se deliciar com a tradicional sardinha assada e a maravilhosa caldeirada com o peixe fresco. Poderá visitar as docas e o Forte de Peniche com a sua longa história.
