We are UK citizens resident in Madeira with rental properties in Funchal, Machico and on the North Coast of Madeira. We enjoy music, the climate in Madeira, the Levada walks, eating out and the beaches. We speak several languages and enjoy meeting people. Property info

A spacious house which can serve as a great and peaceful base to explore the North Coast from Santana to Porto Moniz. Some of the furniture is antique but the mattresses are new and the sofas super comfortable. Wooden parquet floors in the bedroom and living room. There is big traditional BBQ with nearby sink and a large terrace. There is ample wardrobe space, a washing machine, clothes dryer and a well equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven and microwave as well as a fridge/freezer suitable for short and longer stays. In addition to the traditional living room there is a modern sitting room. Both have flat screen TVs and 200+ TV/radio channels. The sitting room is adjacent to a office with a desk. WiFi and CAT5 internet is available (500mbs).

Neighborhood info

Fantastic scenery. 30 minutes to the yellow sandy beach in Machico and slightly less to the black sandy beach in Seixal.
