location is amazing, so close to all the tourist attractions so we came back to the hotel between our itineraries to grab water etc.
United KingdomBook it if looking to stay in Baixa - very well located hotel, metro station right behind, commercial zone, buses and train stations in a fair walking distance. The young staff in the reception are awesome, always smiling and willing to help, Marisa, Marta, Luis and others. What a nice people!!! The housekeepers were efficient too and room was always clean.
IsraelLocation was perfect, centralized, with amenities all within easy walking; very appealing surroundings with lots of local population in higher proportion than us tourists.

IrelandThe hotel was in a brilliant location for exploring Lisbon with a metro station a stones throw away and the main shopping street just around the corner. Our room was large and stylish with a comfortable bed. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to Lisbon and they were always happy to point us in the right direction. Luis in particular was always very friendly and helpful. The communal areas are very stylish and well designed. We didn’t go to the neighbouring Browns Central for breakfast because we used Browns Bistro several times for breakfast, dinner and drinks which was metres away from the hotel.
