It is located in Rua de Camões, in one of the most typical areas of the city, conciliating the quiet, with the proximity to the historic center only 10 minutes. The luxury of a fully refurbished apartment, decorated for those who like to feel comfort and quality of life, in the city. We want you to feel at home with all the amenities you deserve, so we offer you a set of apartments that have air conditioning, a kitchen is fully equipped with all the accessories you can expect to cook your own meals: microwave , cooker hob, kitchen counter, toaster, citrus juicer, coffee maker and even washing machine. They also have modern bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. The whole apartment has a unique and cozy décor! Luxury and comfort in the city center.

The apartment is in the heart of the city, just 10 minutes from the historical center. Its privileged location allows you in just 5 minutes to be in the Church of Our Lady of Lapa (landmark of the locality) and also in Praça da República where you can find the perfect spaces for your shopping, from the supermarket (Pingo Doce, Praça da Republica 58), as well as the traditional grocery stores of the city that sell a little of everything. It is also 10 minutes from Rua do Almada and Rua da Picaria. The two streets are distinguished by the quality of the restaurant offerings from the more traditional gastronomy such as the typical ham sandwiches from Taxca (Rua da Picaria, 26) to the famous hamburgers of De Gema (Rua do Almada 249) or the "francesinhas" Coat of arms in the Rua de Ramalho Ortigão (28). Continuing down to Ceuta Street, always very busy to walk and shop by day and have fun in the evening.
