This 1 bedroom apartment, with a big sofa bed in the living room, a balcony to sit in the sun with a side view of the sea and a private parking space in the garage of the building makes it easy to explore this resort town of Costa da Caparica, close to Lisbon and the airport., without parking fees. It’s right in the town centre with various restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bus stop and just 7minutes walk (450m) from the famous Costa da Caparica beach. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, accessible by elevator. The apartment has one bedroom with a double side bed with a large wardrobe, full equipped bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, easily convertible to a double bed, with cable TV and WiFi, an open separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A cooling fan unit for the summer and a heater for the winter is available at the property. There is also a balcony with a little table to enjoy the sun while you’re having something to eat with a view of the town and a side view of the sea. It’s a quiet and safe area, having everything you need around you. This apartment complies with the cleanliness and safety ruled by the Portuguese Health Authority
