This is the warmest memory about our trip to Douro, feels like you have a real home there! Cozy place, great garden, close to station. Great base if you are going to spend few days in Douro. This is not a 5 stars hotel, it is much better, because it is real, simple, and it feels like home, like you are visiting your Portuguese relatives)) We enjoyed staying there a lot! Everything worked just fine. Our host Pedro was really helpful! Obrigada, Pedro!

It took some time but finally we made it and luckily got a parking space just where the steps to the Casa started. Frankly speaking, when climbing up the stairs I wasn’t sure but when we reached the place we very more than happy. Nice and cozy house, even with a little garden, and a great host Pedro who really took good care of us including making breakfast for us and prevented that I got a parking ticket. Thanks! It had been a nice 3days and 2 night’s stay.

Pinhao is a beautiful place to visit and this apartment was great! Lot of space and a super convenient kitchen. The host, Pedro, was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the door every morning was a much appreciated attention.

The apartment is close to the center of the village, but secluded because you access it via steps that lead to a lovely courtyard. The owner Pedro was so helpful — he suggested some great restaurants, as well as providing excellent breakfasts and ideas of things to do.
