There is outdoor dining area and sitting area near the pool to enjoy the beautiful weather and various moods of night sky and ocean. You can see vast ocean from Faro all the way to Albufeira from the villa. The villa is unique as all the bedrooms offer ocean view including living area and very large kitchen. There are three dining areas in the property in the Dining room, Kitchen and Outdoor dining area. It has rural feel enhanced by the natural road (150 meters) to the villa but yet very near of all the towns like Faro, Loule, Almancil, Quinta Do Lago, Vale da Lobo, Vilamoura, Quarteria etc within 10-20 minutes drive and Albufeira in 30 mins. You are only a few minutes drive away from restaurants, cafe and super markets. The famous MAR Shopping mall with designer outlets, cinema & IKEA is only 5 minutes drive from the villa. There are several famous beaches within 10-20 minutes drive and famous farmer market in Loule is only 10 mins drive. This property is good for families and friends who want peaceful private environment yet a few minutes drive to amenities and beaches. Please take note the the property has 150 meters of natural road that seems like a private road to the villa with olive and other trees on the way. It will be good to have SUV but other cars are also fine. The Living area is quite large and has new set of Huge Sofas (very wide almost same as single bed) that can easily sleep 2-3 children and 2 adults if need be but there are not sofa beds.

The property is on Goldra hill and easy to go hiking on several routes here. Loule has many music festivals year round.
