Everything!!! The place is amazing, it’s clean, it looks amazing, it has everything you need, not to mention the incredible view of the sea. The host is so nice and helpful and I can’t recommend this apartment enough. Can’t wait to go to Lisbon next time, definitely staying here!

We were officially visiting Lisbon, but chose Almada as our pied-a-terre due to its proximity and connectedness. We did buy a Lisboa pass which we understood would connect us from the Fertagus station on the Almada side to our place but it did not although the busses are run by the same company. That was the only unfortunate surprise we had. We explored Almada, Sintra and Lisboa during our three day stay and had a great time! This place comes highly
recommended.

I could not find fault with anything.
I could not find fault with anything. Staff were friendly and very kind. Food was freshly prepared and good variation also very tasty. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and all communal rooms the same high standard. Bathroom was spotless. In general we would recommend to anyone and will be staying there again next visit.

The area around the hotel (Mercure Almada) is mostly residential with the court house down the block. It was very safe to walk around and there are plenty of places to eat along with quite a few stores/businesses. The metro is very easy to use and the bus stops in front of hotel. I was able to explore the area and go to Lisbon with ease.

I think it is worth visiting Almada, I di not have enough time to see all I wanted. 1 days stay. It is of course quite different to North side Lisbon. You really have to be prepared to walk up hill and down dale.

Almada is a very nice place to stay.
Almada is a very nice place to stay. It is easy to get around Almada centre and the tourist places. To get to Lisbon is quite easy too. The ferry is so convenient, cheap and not far away from where I am staying.
I really enjoyed Almada.

The Cacilhas Apartments were located very close to the Tram stops, which made it easy to go to my work-related meetings, and were very close to the Ferry docks, which took me to Lisbon in 10 minutes. I had the best of both worlds. They are located in a pedestrian walk that is full of restaurants.
This was my last stay, (3 days), as I rested up in Lisbon having toured Portugal and Spain on a BMW Motorcycle for 21 days and it was a very pleasant surprise. Cosy little B&B in the Almada district across the river from central Lisbon. My host, Simon, was a wonderful gentlemen who took extra care to make one feel at home and comfortable. Great community with tons of cafes and bars in walking district and the ferry to historic Lisbon is a short walk and the only way to get to Lisbon. What fun!
Everything was 5 star and I can’t fault this beautiful place. We stayed for 2 nights but we didn’t want to leave!
The facilities were premium grade from the comfy beds, luxurious towels and state of the art kitchen to the wonderful swimming pool and sun terrace. It’s immaculately clean and feels like home.
Our hosts were more than helpful and I would highly recommend this as a beautiful hidden gem in Almada.
The location was perfect-out of the bustle of downtown Lisbon and just a fifteen minute ferry ride to Almada where there was everything we needed very close by. The apartment was clean and modern with nice decorative touches, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Best of all, Simao and Edgar are warm and hospitable hosts, very responsive and were a great source of information for the area.
It is reasonably close to Lisbon center: tram + ferry will take 30-60 min depending on the time of day and your luck.
Alamada itself is also interesting town and one can also take a quick bus (15-30 min ride) to the ocean
Very quiet, very clean. If you have 3 couples then you can rent out the whole guest house and have complete privacy!
So tidy and well designed room and common area. Comfortable bed. Good location in Almada. You can also travel to city center easily with ferry. Owners of facility have smiling face and happy to help you about your requests and questions. and they give you one bottle of wine as a welcome, drink it and sleep well.
Villa Almada is a lovingly renovated villa, which shows that the owners have carried out the renovation with architectural knowledge and attention to detail. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the entire ambience of Villa Almada makes your stay a highlight.
We felt very comfortable!
Kumar was incredibly helpful and friendly. He helped me find things to do (since I booked last minute) and was always available to help. I rented a car, but most days I just used the ferry to cross the river and get into the city. It's a great budget option for visiting Lisbon.
Beautifully restored old house with modern and complete amenities. spacious rooms and a wonderful host. This house is located in an old part of Almada, giving very much little village vibes. not so far away there is a viewpoint to see Lisbon on the other side of the river.
We enjoyed the one bedroom apartment overlooking the street. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff is very helpful with suggestions and advise. Close to ferry to cross to central Lisbon. Great location near many restaurants & small markets. We liked the apt & location.
Anthony is a warm guest and made everything possible to make my stay great. In terms of location, it's a good place to stay specially if it's not your first time in Lisbon as the neighborhood is quite local and far from the crowds!
The view from this location is Amazingly beautiful ❤️ .
but the only issue was that hotel is on 🏔️ mountain and it takes 15 to 20 min walk from the station near by.
to go to Lisbon you need to take 🚢 boat
A small room on a second floor in a building close to the main area in Almada.
There is a parking lot nearby, and it is close to the ferry to Centre Lisbon.
Good place for a short stay.
The apartments are super well located in Almada, close to amazing restaurants.
The staff is exceptional and Celia was super super helpful!
The apartment was sparkling clean.
Superb hotel- exactly what it should be- friendly, efficient and value for money. The staff were exceptional - knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was fresh and they provided a variety of items. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and has a grocery nextdoor.
Great surfer vibe, and great location for Almada and easy to get to Lisbon. Kitchen was great, fully stocked and Alain was very useful. We had a great seat.
