Large gatherings like family reunions can be hard to organize, but memories can last forever. Casa da Avenida Lisboa is the ideal place, close to all the best attractions is perfect for families. In our apartments, you’ll have space for everyone! Great location in central Lisbon, in a totally refurbished property, a fourth apartment's for 9 Guest's with high standards, to provide maximum comfort. A 140 m2 charming apartment's with a beautiful wood floor, a bright living room and large rooms, with a bright living where you will find a double size sofa-bed, TV and Wi-Fi and a dining area. Two large double bedrooms with super king size beds. One large room with two single beds and another room with a single bed. Bathrooms with amenities available. Towels and linen are freshly washed for you. You can also enjoy having a meal on a very nice glass veranda. The apartment's have a full equipped kitchen for 9, with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso and coffee machine, toaster, juice squeezer, kettle, washing machine, some with dish washing machine. As a treat coffee and tea are available for you

Neighborhood info

I do love going to the market, "Mercado de Arroios" and buy fresh fruits, vegetables and fish, around there's several restaurants. Walking around the Alameda and watch the Fountain works. Going through the Avenida Guerra Junqueiro, a nice and quite avenue for shopping and having an ice cream, during day or at night. Just outside the building you will find cafes, restaurants, and a traditional marketplace, Mercado de Arroios(150 mts) where you can buy fresh vegetables, fish and meat and many restaurants around. There’s also a grocery store, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Nearby, a great shopping area, gardens and a church. There's the subway and buses just outside the building, at 200 meters away to take you to the Historic center in 5 minutes. Two parking's at 200 meters away by only seven euros/24h at Praça do Chile and for ten euros/24h an underground parking at Alameda.
