This is a very nice, spacious, and modern 3 bedroom apartment. It also has a living and a dining rooms. So, it’s a lot of space for a family to stay comfortably for a few days or even longer. Kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. All the bathrooms are clean and very well maintained. The owner was nice to provide us with some muffins for breakfast and he also gave us a box of pastries from the local pastry shop. Parking is free and available right in front of the house. The owner also provided maps and various tourist guides to the local attractions. There is also a balcony from where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the town and the mountains. Wi-Fi works well. We have had the greatest experience staying at that property and exploring the area. Strongly recommend! Will stay again.

Na altura que fomos a Arouca tínhamos intenções de ir aos passadiços do Paiva e infelizmente estavam encerrados devido ao risco de incêndio elevado, no entanto o Sr. Jorge, dispôs-se a cancelar a reserva sem custo após a data limite para o efeito, sendo que partiu de sua própria iniciativa essa disponibilidade mandando e-mail e telefonado assim que soube do encerramento dos passadiços. A casa estava bem localizada, bem cuidada, e é também positivo todos os quartos terem uma casa de banho. Estabeleci contacto com o anfitrião antes de ir de viagem e este foi extremamente prestável informando-me dos restaurantes abertos naquela altura de festas em Arouca.

PortugalCasa rural preciosa, bien acondicionada. Situada a 500m del centro donde tienes supermercado, bancos, cafeterías,...se puede aparcar bien en la calle. El dueño es una persona eficiente, educada y detallista. Muy recomendable.
