A beautiful apartment in a quiet area with great views over Lisbon, on the second floor without an elevator. Minimalist decor, yet equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment features an open living area with a small balcony to enjoy the views of Lisbon. It includes a master bedroom with a Juliet balcony and wardrobes, as well as a second bedroom with twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. Please note there are construction works in the surrounding area that may be heard between 8 AM and 5 PM. The living room offers fantastic views of Lisbon, air conditioning, a dining/work table, and a sofa for TV enjoyment. High-speed internet is available throughout the apartment. The bathroom is spacious and includes a walk-in shower. Air conditioning is available in the living area/kitchen and serves the entire apartment.

The apartment is very central. It's a 10-minute walk from the starting point of the famous tram 28. The metro station is less than a 10-minute walk away, and it's a 15-minute walk to the city center. The apartment is located in the old Mouraria neighborhood, about a 15-minute walk from the Castle and also from the city center. The area is peaceful but with steep streets around. It's a residential area with small corner shops, and a larger supermarket is 600 meters away.
