Amazing place, one of the most quiet places I've ever been (kinda hard going back to reality after), and the owners, as well as the people helping there, are amazing. Great experience, hope to be able to get back there again!

Absolutely fantastic hosts. Staying at Figuerinha was not renting a space but participating in the lives of wonderful people who opened their home for us and demonstrated true interest and genuine friendship towards us. We also loved the concept of the place: everything is designed to be natural, beautiful, sustainable and inclusive. It is important to know what to expect when you go there. The breakfasts are delicious with home made jams and natural foods at a round table which you share with other guests. At night tables are lit by candles and you are accompanied by beautiful music sang by frogs and cicadas. You are encouraged to use a community kitchen rather than your own in your apartment. This not a luxury hotel but a country house out among the nature. We fell in love with this place and the hosts. Paula and Alexandre are fantastic people who did literally everything to make our stay an unforgettable experience.

Only a few metres away from the traditional circuit is a small heavenly island where you can disconnect and get connected with nature & people. Lot’s of zennitude, midnight swim in the pool, under the roar and howl of the frogs. Thank you Paula for your warm & beautiful welcome, interesting conversations and allround kindness!

Paula and Alexandre are two wonderful human beings, so helpful, kind and just lovely. My sister and I felt immediately at home. The garden is such an idyllic place, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. We could not get enough of the two dogs! :-) They provided us with a vegan breakfast every morning and gave us hiking-tipps - we could not have asked for more and would love to stay there again soon!

Stunning location, incredibly beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. The natural pool was fantastic, fresh fruit from the trees, plenty of wildlife. Fantastic views from the safari tent.

The breakfast was amazing. Both me and my boyfriend are vegan and the hosts not even met our options very quickly but also they remembered our diet for the rest of the days we've been there. The place was absolutely fantastic an authentic paradise. We will be back for sure!!
