excellent breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful; Very elegant setting. I thought place was on the water, but it wasnt. Beach front was about a mile away, nice walk. Very nice once there. But. from the pics I thought it was directly on the beach.

Our stay was outstanding. The Grand House not only looked elegant, but the staff and the service made it so. The food, Transport to the Beach Club by Ricardo ( and a brief tour of the area ) was fantastic. What a great set up. The main restaurant could not have been better. What a view and the staff remembered our preferences on table selection, coffee likes, wine selection, etc. The bartender was fantastic to watch making his concoctions. It exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

the hotel is gorgeous!! the bedroom was lovely. The dining room and library rooms are stunning! I am not one to eat in the hotel, but the room and the food were too good to pass up! The location is perfect, 1 block to the shopping street. The staff was very kind and courteous. The really make you feel special. I love this hotel!

This R&C property is a gorgeous historic hotel to enjoy for 2-3 nights. It's right in the middle of town but was quiet during our December stay. Breakfast each morning was relaxed and varied and all the staff worked hard to be friendly and helpful. It's worth noting that there are two common rooms where you can sit and read a book or if you wish, hang out in the chill bar. The tasting menu dinner in the restaurant was excellent and service was very good despite being the only people dining that evening. The room we had on the 3rd floor was nicely decorated and very comfortable. One day we also drove over to the scenic beach club to have a light lunch though it was too cold for swimming.
