This charming 92m² apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room boasts a homely sofa perfect for relaxation, a TV for catching up on your favorite shows, and a dining table. With its warm atmosphere and abundant natural light, the space feels inviting and comfortable. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other handy utilities. The space opens to a private backyard. Upstairs are two ensuite bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony, providing a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Additionally, a third area in a mezzanine is accessible via a wooden staircase and features two single beds together that we prepare as a double bed. If you prefer the setup as 2 single beds please ask us. All beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. Please note that the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible via narrow stairs and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The bathroom has everything you need to refresh, including towels and toiletries. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before you arrive. While the property is on the ground floor, please note that stairs are required to access all bedrooms. Enjoy your stay!
