We rent the ground-floor apartment to short-term guests, while the upper floor is rented for a long-term stay. The property is located on the ground floor, with complimentary parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the surrounding areas and a shared backyard, offering a tranquil spot to relax. The apartment features an open space design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
