Stunning hotel, everything is fresh and new, very nice and central location. A lot of attentions to details. Did not get a chance to try to restaurant and the bar though... The terrace on the roof looks stunning, but it was shut down for winter. Must be great in summer

The hotel itself was really beautiful. The lobby and the room smelled really nice. Welcome drink - glass of sparkling wine and sweets were a nice gesture. Breakfast was superb, really enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice and a la carte freshly cooked eggs. Of course, one of the best part was rooftop terrace with amazing view of the city. It was really nice to sit and relax there after a long day. However keep in mind that it's only open from 12:00 till 20:00. Room amenities were really nice, the Rituals toiletries were a nice touch. Location was it was also very good, just steps away from a nice alley with shops.

From the moment we stepped inside H10 the staff couldn't do more to assist. We were welcomed with sparkling wine during check in, a first for us all, given vouchers for complimentary cocktails on the roof terrace and given special attentoin as were celebrating a special birthday. The breakfast is the best I've ever known in any hotel anywhere and the rooms beautifully decorated and clean. The rooftop terrace is a superb and provides the perfect place to view Lisbon and enjoy drinks and snacks. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Lisbon and intend to go to as many H10 hotels as I can!

We loved staying at this hotel! It was so comfortable, the breakfast was amazing (even had some gluten free pastries! For someone who has Coeliac, I was thrilled!). The room was so comfortable. We had a lot of space including having a small sitting room and the bathroom was well equipped. We have already recommended this hotel to friends thinking about going to Lisbon!
