O apartamento tem 3 suites completas, em que cada quarto está equipado com cama, roupeiro, estante, secretária e roupas de cama e de banho. 2 quartos são de casal sendo que um é individual. Tem televisão e Internet, a cozinha está toda equipada para que possa só comprar os alimentos e cozinhá-los.
A localização do imóvel é bastante interessante pois fica muito perto do Centro Comercial Glicinias, perto das auto-estradas, da Universidade de Aveiro, do Hospital, Mercado, Bombas de Combustível, Pastelaria e a 5-7 minutos das praias de carro.
