Mark and Alina were extremely helpful and friendly, The apartment is exactly like the photos and so well equipped, we had everything we needed and our stay was wonderful. The view from the apartment is amazing and the location is perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach and the promenade and lovely and quiet as well. It is so easy to explore the rest of the Algarve from this location. There is a private basement parking for the unit and adequate outdoor parking as well. This place is the tops and comes highly recommended.

Spacious studio apartment with modern, high spec fittings. Very well equipped - especially the kitchen which has everything you could need. Lovely large 16th floor balcony with views to the sea, equipped with loungers and out door dining table - perfect for morning yoga or a cold beer at sunset. The complex is well located approx 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach and 10 mins walk from the main beach with numerous bars and restaurants. Nosoloaqua is the main veach club and is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive. There are a number of excellent gyms within a 5 minute walk including one within the complex. There are several well stocked supermarkets within 5 minute drive. The pool is well maintained and gets plenty of sun, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The hosts were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout my stay. Overall I'd highly recommend this property, which more than lives up to its high rating.

Very nice apartment with with city/ocean view. Close to beaches, close to shops and restaurants. Parking in the garage available. In the apartment you'll find all what you need (ok, dishwasher was missing :)). If something is not there you can ask the owners. This is BEST part. Very nice and helpful people. Some wine glasses and juicer were missing. I asked and the second day I was provided both! Besides that they helped with restaurants recommendations, transfers to the airport and so on. I really recommend the place and the owners!! They are like a pearl in a shell!!

Apartment is within walking distance of Praia da Rocha. It's one floor below the top - view is fantastic. The apartment was in excellent condition, with a nice modern bathroom, & had all the kitchen equipment you would need. Furniture was good quality as well. Mark is an excellent host & very accomodating. He checked in on us several times before we arrived, which was much appreciated.

Loved the apartament!!! It had such a beautiful view over Portimão. And the location was so close to the beach, just 10min walk! As well as the beach it was close to the city too! The room was very clean and pretty! Alina and Mark was also such great hosts with full service, you couldn't ask for better. If we needed any help with what so ever, they'd step in and help! Very glad that we met them, and it has been really nice and We are glad that we have gotten to know them. Can't wait for my next trip to Faro, we will definitely be back to them!!
