The hostel has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere right from the start. The staff is very friendly and "Mamma" and "Mathilde" are the sunshine in the house. Friendliness, service, cleanliness are very important here. The rooms are big and cozy, the beds comfortable, the vibes are great. I will definitely come back.
GermanyMY GOOOODDDDNESSSS, I can't stop singing praises for this hostel, so here it goes. At check in, I was met by Matilde and Andre with a welcome drink (they had me at welcome drink) they were warm, welcoming and just insanely friendly. I was wow'd by the hostel as they showed me around, the little details (like the bathroom stained glass in the bathroom door, the makeup area etc) I originally booked for 3 nights I ended up staying longer because I didn't want to leave. The hostel does feel like home, and the fact mama cooks dinner......whaaaatttttt!!! 🥰😍💕❤️ They have meeting rooms, so if you have work you can work in private. They even have a netflix room, come on ❤️😍🥰 The hostel is also centrally located and you can walk to most places. The restaurant downstairs has good food, so bonus. I can safely say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hostel.

ColombiaI would definitely recommand this hostel. The staff is really sympathic, mama has some great dinners. The location is just great. That's just a great value. I forgot to tell about the comfy bed. I would like to come back again

TaiwanFirst, the Location is so good, in the most interesting area of Lisbon, and easy to find from the bus stop from/to airport. Secondly, I liked the building where the hostel lies: Classical European. The staff at the RECEPTION (and bar at same time) is very friendly. My 4-beds dormitory room (301)had a very relaxing bed, with light on top of it, comfortable mattress, big drawer-as-locker, and a super clean modernized bathroom. I would stay there again:))

TurkeyMost of the staff was very helpful and welcoming. When I arrived I was told I had been moved from an 8-person female dorm to an otherwise similar 6-person one. Even if this wasn't a downgrade for me in any way, they gave me free breakfast vouchers for the "trouble". I was also told that I will receive a partial refund for the water damage that was happening on the floor beneath mine although this didn't affect me that much. Thank you for all the generousness!
