“It's the best hostel i ever stay in, the private room is great, everything looks like new and very clean. The bed is super confortable. The breakfast is great. Its in a perfect location with waking distance to porto center. Parking near by is very difficult, but there a parking lot 100meters that costs 6€/day.”

“Hostel Gaia Porto can be a Hostel but it easily compared to a good hotel. The facilities are great and the staff is fantastic! It is located 5 minutes away from the best view at the Douro river. We received cake and Port wine when checking in! The breakfast is eaten on a single table, which creates coziness among the residents.”

“Amazing bedding!! (Perfect pillows, perfect duvet, perfect mattress!!) Lovely staff - we felt at home. And there is a beautiful terrace and stone stairs climbing to the nicest view on top of your stairs. :) It was also nice to be in a peaceful area and out of the touristic hectic zone.”

“It was very ok the room, clean and quiet, although someone knocked at the door when I was already sleeping asking if I had seen anyone from the staff. I couldn't help her. When I arrived it took a while until someone came and open the door (it was around 7 pm) and in the morning there was no one and no coffee machine on sight (at 8 am). I didnt see anyone. left the keys at the reception desk and went away without seeing a soul. I thought it would be cozier and more friendly, that it would somehow exceed my expectations, It didnt. I expected a view but the terrace has none. The room was clean and had all the usual ammenities for a suite but no decoration, no charm. The location doesnt help much either. Not very easy to find and difficult to park a car. Prepare for the slope. But as I said, it was very ok the room for one night.”

“It was the pleasure to stay in this hostel! The owners made me feel like at home. They are very generous and hospitality people. The hostel is super clean. bed lines are clean and in good condition. There is kitchen with everything what you need for cooking. I needed space for work and it is good wifi and place is quite. Very good location. And they have terassa with amazing view to Porto.
