The room looked much better in real life than on pictures. Breathtaking view to Praia Da Rocha and Portimao marina. The room was clean up every single day. Lovely staff, fluent in English and super helpful. Decent continental breakfast with fresh food.
United KingdomUnfortunately we had problems with renting a car and we were scared we would lose the booking at Avenida da Praia. But actually they were great to us. Super understanding. The room view was unbelievable. The staff was great, so kind and professional. Really happy !!
ItalyIf you are there to party it’s the perfect place to be as it’s located across from a club and has all the bars and restaurants next door. It isn’t a fancy hotel it’s very basic but serves it’s propose.
United States of AmericaThe location was great. A busy touristic street with lots of food options, souvenir shops and a supermarket around the corner. It took us less than 5 minutes to go to the beach down a stone staircase across the road.It was good with some physical activity.

IrelandThis was absolutely perfect! I'll definitely be back! I requested a high room so the noise wouldn't keep us up and they accommodated and we were in the 5th FL. However the doors are great at sealing the noise out. Prime location, it doesn't get better than this and what a view! It was perfect!

United KingdomThe staff were fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, friendly, and kind. I always felt safe in the hotel, which was only in part due to my large stature and preponderance of tattoos; the front desk was perpetually monitored, filtering out the more scurrilous elements of Praia da Rocha's summer season. The room was immaculately clean, and the cleaning staff were quite genial as well. The location is ideal, in the middle of the central boardwalk of Praia da Rocha. From the front door of the hotel, a staircase leading down the cliffs to the beach is roughly 10 meters away. I was lucky enough to book a room facing the beach, and the view was breathtaking.
United States of AmericaSea view is amazing. You cross the street and are at the beach. Very peaceful and quiet off season and due to Covid 19 and safe. They check the temperature of every guest and desinfect the luggage at checkin. Everybody uses masks inside. Thanks for eveything. We booked an additional night. It was wonderful to stay here.
