The location ia good, quiet neighborhood, 10 mins walk away from Rossio station. Plenty of small caffees and restaurants, shops and even public laundry behind the corner. Spacious room, air condition, bathroom amenities available.

Room was very spacious and clean. Localisation is cool and super close to main atractions. We liked the view from the windows. Kitchen had really huge table and all needed elements to cook something yourself. Staff was friendly even though they don't speak English.

According to Covid situations, check-in is easy- they left you the key on the door lock, send you a message by WhatsApp when the room is ready. Thanks for a lovely stay! I'm sure will come again!

The location was really central, we could go anywhere on foot (city centre, restaurants, Castle st. Jorge) all in 20 min. Time. The staff (although not physically present due to COVID) was very helpful over Whatsapp. We could even make use of the storage after checking out, which was a huge helpm

Property info

Intendente is the center of Lisbon culture, both historical and avant-garde. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to live in a beautifully conserved Portuguese building from 1865, in the heart of it all with all the confort. Less than 2 minutes walking distance to all the major tube lines and tram routes. Everything you could possibly want is just around the corner (supermarkets, shops, restaurants). On the 1st of january 2020 there is no breakfast available.

Neighborhood info

The closest metro Station is "Intendente" (green line). Then take "Rua dos Anjos" exit and then "Largo do Intendente". Ask then for "Largo do Intendente" and when you arrive there, ask for "Travessa do Maldonado". Travessa do Maldonado it´s the one in front of Joana´s Cafe if you have the cafe at your back. Also you can ask for a car repair shop that is in Travessa do Maldonado.
