All of that staff that I encountered were eager to assist and easy to communicate with. I was with provided detailed info on the surrounding areas right at check in. Clean and spacious room. Great daily breakfast selection in the lobby. And the pool/lounge chairs!!

This hotel was a nice surprise. It's a little oasis in the middle Lisbon and once you're inside the gate, you can't tell you are in the city. The property is a former embassy compound and is charming. Our room was in the new building and had its own outside entrance, which was convenient. The room itself was a little smaller than we would have liked, but it was adequate and our friend who was staying in the building across the yard said his was considerably larger. The bathroom was large and well appointed. The breakfast it is outstanding! There was a large variety sweet and savory food and everything was very well prepared and presented. If we find ourselves in Lisbon again, we'll stay here again. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative.
