The Quinta Trevo³Verde property features five stylishly modernized apartments in Portimão (Malheiro), approximately 7 km from the sea. Each apartment has its own separate entrance via the shared courtyard. The holiday home extends over 7,500 m² of idyllic landscaped garden, the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Quinta offers our guests a large pool and a fitness center with sea views. A sauna and steam room round out our relaxation options. A shared charcoal grill is available in the barbecue area. A baby bed and high chair can be provided (free of charge) upon request (please specify when booking). To make your stay as carefree as possible, appropriate towels (pool, sauna, and sports) are provided. The following basic amenities are available: Bed linen, Towels, Hand soap, Pool towels, Dishcloths, Dish soap, Coffee pods and tea, Salt and pepper. Water shortages have existed in the Algarve for years. We want to do our part to protect the environment and therefore ask our guests to reuse their towels. Additionally towels are available in the closet. For longer stays of 9 nights or more, we offer a short cleaning service halfway through your stay upon request. This includes mopping the floors and emptying the trash cans. Towels and bed linen will be changed. Bathrobes can be rented for a cleaning fee of 5 EU. (Payable in cash on site). The booking price includes the initial cleaning and the final cleaning. In Portimão, a tourist tax (fee) is payable per person per night. We are happy to pay this for you and it is included in the price. Please let us know the exact number of guests and, if there are children, their ages.
