IrelandThe Deluxe Room included a balcony that looked out over the harbor, a spectacular view. Every staff member was polite, accommodating, friendly, and competent. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, particularly the fresh-squeezed orange juice, the best in the world. My daughter and I had a chance to experience the spa, which included an indoor pool, steam room, and sauna. It was the very best hotel during our stay, which lasted 5 days in Portimao. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The decor was simple and clean and gave a great luxe holiday vibe to the place. Good breakfast too! Upgraded our room on the last night with a beautiful view and big balcony. This was a great value for money and the other guests were pleasant too.

GermanyVery friendly staff Super comfortable bed and room, everything was clean and smelt good. The shower is great. Bunch of different cool lighting options, with all switches right next to you in bed and at the entry hall. Curtain blinds are very effective if you want no light in the morning. Hotel overall is very clean and nicely decorated, very well prepared for COVID procedures. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and always left me feeling satisfied at the end (orange juice was great!) Best hotel gym I've seen, and the rooftop bar seemed amazing too (although we didn't use them) 20 minute walk to the Marina/Praia da Rocha. If you want to be right on the beach look at the other Jupiter in Portimão.
