we stayed here before, the hotel is absolutely fabulous, the rooms are spotless and all the facilities you expect , what makes the hotel are the views and staff , who can't do enough for you, the breakfast is excellent , there are some hot options and continental options available, restaurants are available in the local area , but you need a car to get to them, We struggled to get a taxi to the restaurant , the gentleman who was at reception offered us a lift to the restaurant , what a great guy he was couldn't do enough for us , sorry forgot your name but what a guy,

The staff were SO friendly and helpful. Our little studio with a kitchen had everything you could need and the bed was super comfortable. LOVED the fact there are 2 swimming pools with beautiful views, so you would never struggle to find a sun longer. 100% recommend!

Located in the Peneda-Gerês National Park, Lagoa Azul do Geres offers apartments and rooms overlooking Albufeira da Caniçada and the outdoor pool. Guests can relax on the sun terrace with sun-loungers which surrounds the pool.

  • Não tenho transporte próprio ( nem conduzo), como seria ir da Guarda ou de Coimbra por transportes públicos? Aguardando resposta, grata pela atenção Sónia Santos
    Boa tarde. Deve arranjar transporte até Braga. Já em Braga, deve dirigir-se à estação de camionagem de Braga e procurar a Empresa Hoteleira do Gerês (são os autocarros que fazem o transporte até ao Gerês). Pode consultar os horários na Internet.
