Staff were great & accommodating, they organised winery visits for us and booked all of our taxis. Bed very comfortable. Indoor pool & spa is great to have in March/April. Good selection at buffet breakfast. Loved our stay, would definitely stay here again.

The decor is fresh and contemporary. Views over the valley are lovely. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the staff are superb. We had a smooth check in and then a tour of the facilities including a free glass of wine when we were settled and ready. The bed is super comfy, best pillows we’ve had on our tour of Portugal!! The breakfast is fabulous, fresh and flavoursome produce. The spa is lovely and facial was fabulous, they even accommodated a late check out for us as the only availability for the treatment was 11.45. The relaxation space in the spa is beautiful with excellent views. Town is about a 20 min walk down hill and a €5 taxi ride back up ;) Thank you for a great stay.

We loved the staff, always very nice, professional and with a smile. As soon as we arrived we had a little tour to the hotel with wine tasting. The room was fantastic, with lots of space, and a privileged view to the valleys. Attention to detail in every single corner it is noticed, as it is in the food, with presentation and quality. The only negative point was that we were hoping to use the sauna but was out of service. Also, impossible not to mention, that as soon as we ask suggestions by booking app and email, the staff was very quick answering with lots of options.

Beautiful hotel, pool and spa. Large spacious rooms. Really enjoyed the long hours for the pool and that you could order food and beverages to have around the pool.

Really nice room with good facilities and a beautiful view. Great breakfast. The spa was excellent. The breakfast and check out hours were more relaxed than normal hotels which made the stay feel extra relaxed.
